We enjoy a variety of menu choices at M Thai and have been eating from this lovely restaurant for many years. My husband loves the pork fried rice with extra vegetables. It's his go-to. I like their shrimp recipes. They accommodate mild/no spice all the way up to full heat. The sticky rice dessert is also very good.
All the people who work at M Thai are delightful and so warm and friendly.
I am engaged to a woman from Thailand, and the visa process is very slow right now. Yesterday, I was particularly missing her and the wonderful street and market food of Korat, so I decided to find some pad thai (yes, I know it is a "tourist food," but this farang can't handle the heat of most native foods 😄). I stopped into M Thai for the first time, and i was not disappointed. This is the closest to the "real thing" I have found in this area. I hope your restaurant does very well, and i will definitely be back for more!

Friendly, comfortable place with really delicious and truly authentic Thai dishes from an extensive menu, and the prices are very reasonable! We were just in Thailand and did a “Michelin-Star” food tour there and loved it BUT the food at M Thai is just as good >if not better< than what we had in Thailand! (And a fraction of the cost of the inspired but extraordinarily expensive Thai food we had at the fabulous Kalaya in Philadelphia a few weeks ago.)
Two words: Khao Soi. A coconut curry soup made with egg noodles and usually chicken or beef, topped with various condiments, but much less brothy than other Thai curry soups. Just try it and if you like Thai food at all, you’ll love it! I never had it before visiting Thailand, but the version I had there was simplified for tourists, missing the add-ins (crispy rice noodles, sliced shallots and pickled vegetables) that make it so special, plus they made it with boneless white-meat chicken rather than the more traditional chicken thighs. So I was delighted to find a true traditional Khao Soi at M Thai, redder and richer and the ones I’ve had before, made with delectable tender whole boned chicken thighs, with all the additions - delicious!!
We also had the excellent papaya salad, wonderful butternut squash dumplings, and my wife said the best shrimp Pad Thai she’s had in a really long time. Can’t wait to work our way through the rest of menu, especially at such good prices compared to other area restaurants of any kind!

Real Thai food from a person who recently took a Thai cooking class while in Thailand 🤗
Great food, fresh ingredients, and well balanced flavors. I love their curry options, but you can't go wrong with their menu in general. There's also tasty crab rangoon, which is a great americanized dish that I love trying.
This is a BYOB place, but they do have an uncorking fee. For tea, they use STASH, which is a good brand.
