  Came on my lunch break and got the kids honey chicken quesadilla and the young cashier was very friendly and the man down on the line young kid making the meals forgot to put my quesadilla in the bag!!!! Like how?! Got all the way to work had to turn back around wasted 40 mins of my time I could have been eating! First time trying this place it may be my last! They could have atleast gave me something free

  Photo taken from another review - the last two times I’ve came here and this gentleman was working I’ve had a terrible experience. The first time he asked what type of rice I wanted and when I said white he told me “we don’t have any” and I responded with “you guys don’t have any white rice..?”. The girl behind the register quickly told me that they do it’s just being finished being made which I was completely okay with. He gave me astronomically small portions despite ordering double meat and when I asked him if he could put more in he gave me a really rude facial expression and acted annoyed, then proceeded to put literally 1 more tiny little piece of meat in my bowl. Went today and he was working again. He starts by scooping the smallest portion of rice for a burrito I’ve ever seen and when I requested more he gave me a rude facial expression once again and acted annoyed. Once again ordered double meat and he gave me very small portions (probably not even the equivalence of a single serving). I politely asked him for more meat since I’m paying for double and he once again acted very annoyed and scooped out the smallest, literal single bite of steak. After finishing the toppings he really, really poorly rolled the burrito and despite it not even being closed he tried wrapping it in foil to “hide” it. Kid just doesn’t seem like he wants to be there and it really shows - mind you I was friendly and polite both interactions. After the meat thing I almost said forget it and left but I was starving so I dealt with it today. In the future if I walk in and see him behind the counter I’m just going to turn around and leave and honestly probably not patronize this chipotle any more. Not worth spending money on a restaurant that skimps your portions and does so with a bad attitude when you’re nothing but friendly. I see there are several other reviews about this kid too, clearly he hasn’t changed his attitude or his performance.

  I was extremely disappointed with my visit. While the restaurant itself was very clean, the food was mostly good, and the service was decent, my experience was completely ruined by the chips. Several of the chips served with my queso were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out since the day before. They were so hard that they were difficult to chew, which is completely unacceptable. I have never been served chips in such poor condition at a restaurant before. This is especially concerning because young children could easily be served these same rock-hard chips, creating a potential choking hazard. Quality control clearly needs to be improved, because customers should never be served stale food.

  There was one guy he makes faces like if doesn’t like to serve food or maybe work because every time I was ordering something he made that face. Bad service tbh.!!!!
