I recently visited a McDonald’s drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. After purchasing food, I asked for a small cup of water, and the manager, Ken, refused and told me I had to buy a bottled water instead.
I understand that policies can vary by location, but as a paying customer requesting a small cup of water for a basic need, the refusal felt unnecessary. More importantly, the way it was communicated came across as dismissive and unhelpful.
I’m not upset about the policy as much as the lack of consideration and customer service. I would appreciate it if situations like this were handled with more understanding and professionalism.

Ordered food worth $30+ including the huntrix meal and they didnt give me any sauce, filled my cup half way and didnt even give me the powered seasoning for the fries in the hub trip meal. I feel liek they've jst gotten lazy with it throughout the years. On top of this the lady who gave me my food was hovering it as if she knew she didnt give me everything abd left once I grabbed my food to leave

Just came through there to get 2 medium fries ,one in which I got with my points.I paid with the app . when I got to the window Jean told me I could move along. I said I would like the receipt, please. He smacked his hand on the receipt machine. Like I was asking him for his first born, because I wanted the receipt. He was very rude. I got my receipt and left. l then realize they didn't give me my second medium Fry. I went in and the manager gave me the medium fry. He was actually really nice.but somebody needs to talk to jean, retrain him or fire him if he's going to have an attitude for something as basic as printing a receipt.
