  I often go to Arby's of Denton because there's a young man named Ronald that works there. He is so pleasant and he is so helpful. He makes my dining experience more pleasurable. Great job Ronald. Keep up the good work.

  The woman working the drive through was not friendly and to top it off she charged me for 2 drinks and an extra sandwich. I ordered a combo although comes with a drink and was charged over $4 for a second drink that I didn't order or get. As for getting charged for the extra sandwich I ordered a half pound French dip. She didn't know how to ring it up so she said to make up for the extra meat she just charged me for another sandwich. In the end a regular combo ended up being $22 and some change. I didn't realize the mistakes until I was long gone from the drive-thru when I got a chance to look at the receipt. To beat all the fries were cold as I pulled out of the parking lot. Just a completely horrible experience overall

  Gas station Arby's. Cleaner than most but the floor in dining room was very greasy
