- BSBrenten Shipp5 days ago1.0Don’t try to use the drive thru! They’ll prioritize the mobile line and you’ll watch 10 people go infront of the line before the ACTUAL drive thru line moves just ONCE. They’ll have you stuck there for 30 min with no way out, can’t back up or get out of line. Just trapped. Never again . Not worth it

I showed them the receipt, but they still didn’t fix it. On top of that, they didn’t have the donuts we wanted, and the staff was extremely slow. And having to pay online for the more expensive donuts—which weren't even in stock—without receiving any discount? Honestly, I won't be going back to this place. Terrible service.
- KBKellz BellzApr 11, 20264.0The early morning crew, for the most part, are very friendly. They do a good job on my iced coffee. I cannot stand this stupid mobile pick up second line. I could pull up with one person in line and by the time I get to where I can pull up to the window three people have already gotten in front of me depending on how long they take to take my order. It sucks for the people who order at the speaker, is just not right. Also not all people follow the rules and order ahead. If the regular line is too long, they’ll skip it, get into the pick up line (which cuts in front of people) and order while they’re sitting there.

- HMHeather MitchellMar 13, 20261.0Staff is very unprofessional stopped to get a sweet tea and they hand me a straw that has agave on it it’s sticky with black specs I asked for a regular straw the girl said that’s all we got deal with it have a nice day I try the tea and it’s not sweet so I take it in and they literally put white sugar in the cup with hot water and then added the tea I asked why they don’t have liquid sugar and she said cause they are cheap but yet I charge crazy prices for tea they thought it was real funny until I walked In this is the worst Dunkin’ avoid at all cost
