  Worst McDonald's ever. Rude slow incompetent workers . Especially door dash at night ...they make u wait outside until they have 5-6 orders ready....mind you the first,second and so on bag done just sitting there getting cold.smh

  6 o’clock in the Morning I was on my way across town to a family owned McDonald’s on Wilkins Avenue. I was hungry so I had stopped at the McDonald’s on Wise because I live in the area. I came through the drive-through before the X as I’m using a mobile app all you hear is laughing and giggling over the intercom. I ordered a steak and egg muffin and an egg and cheese Mc griddle with breakfast sauce with two large orange juices I pour in the drive-through window use Apple Pay to pay for my food. I receive my food in my drinks. I looked at my orange juice or orange juice was watered down, so I parked in the front and walked in and sit and stood at the counter for about five or 10 minutes waiting to get help, the manager was sitting there, laughing and joking with the employees in only two employees that was working that assist me was two black employees and I am an African-American myself so after they help me with my orange juice, I left got halfway on the road went in my bag and seen that my sandwich had pork on it and I am Muslim don’t eat pork. I came back to the store and I walked in the store and I said how are you doing? I asked for an egg and cheese Mc griddle with breakfast sauce but they put sausage and stuff on my sandwich, Alicia Alyssa I think that’s her name walked up to me and asked me where is your receipt with a disrespectful basin her voice I said they did not give me a receipt and I just bought it both 34 minutes ago she said why you didn’t bring it back in here when you bring your orange juices in here I said because I did not look in the bag at the time because I was eating my hashbrowns first the manager there was so not doing anything didn’t communicate two black guys that working there 1 made the Food. The other 1 told me he’ll take care of me all the people that’s in there. All the white folks didn’t say anything to help me, but just disrespected me well let me rephrase it. The manager and Alexa is the only two when I came there about the orange use the first time the drive-through girl and all them sitting in there, laughing and giggling, having a party cracking jokes as me being a person that has a family member that owns a McDonald’s. This is not a way that you treat your customers. This is not a way that you communicate with your customers. and for me to come there and spend my money and all I get was there a high post to kiss and it takes the black folks to come from the back to assist me because of her and a manager being ignorant that is right unprofessional and unacceptable

  Terrible service doesn’t do anything to help with issues will charge you for items even if they don’t have and not help or refund you. Slow service takes forever to give food and when you get it it’s cold not worth it. I payed for firs and they gave me an empty bag and wont do anything to fix the issue.

  So we went through the drive through and it took 10-15 minutes to order our food, and when we got there the lady on the speaker was real quiet and could barely hear her and they when we got to the window, they partially got our order wrong then when we went to fix it, we had to repeat it multiple times when they only messed up 3 items. But I'm happy we got our food over 20 minutes
