  To whoever is reading this, I send you peace and blessings! I have been going to Giants for quite some time now! One of my biggest reasons outside of food shopping lol, is Ms. Kathy 💜! I have personally seen people wait up the ally just to see her and have that experience and energy she provides! I have walked in, looked for her and on certain days when I don’t see her, I’ll go to another store lol. I recently talked with the manager Mr. Chris and he was really cool too, I expressed that it would be a blessing to see Ms. Kathy get a raise and get her flowers 💐 while she can smell them! She talks to me like family, loves my wife and lol keeps me in check! It’s something about feeling like family/ a person and not a check or number! I definitely recommend going there for your shopping, food prices are good, the store is always clean and I deal with Ms. Kathy so “MY” service is always GREAT! I hope this helps anyone who needs a smile and laugh all while getting their groceries and anything else of need/want. - ButtaBrownTV #BBTV

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I went through the self-checkout line late at night when the store was mostly empty (Friday May 22, 2026 9:00ish pm) A staff member approached me and pointed out that the self-checkout was for 20 items or fewer. He told me he would “let it go this time,” but if he saw me again, he would make me go through another line. Since it was my first time visiting this location, I understood he was simply enforcing store policy. However, the situation became much more uncomfortable afterward. While I was scanning my items and needed assistance, the same staff member began speaking negatively about me to another cashier within earshot. He made rude comments such as people needing to “learn how to read” and “go back to school,” while also complaining loudly about having to help me multiple times. The comments continued and were made directly in front of me. I chose to ignore the behavior at the moment, but I was honestly shocked by the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism. No customer should feel uncomfortable or humiliated while shopping. This experience left a very negative impression, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Giant location.

  Never anyone available at seafood counter and the prices here are crazy for how dirty this store is I surely wont be back

  I love Giant fresh veggies and fruits, very nice and polite team member clean environment and very satisfied their service awesome 👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
