- TSTanya SabrinaJul 16, 20261.0This Dunkin' is next to Rita's! Customer service is awful! Cashier tried to retrieve my donuts without gloves or paper provided not hygienic! The proceeded to complain about customer in front of the counter where all the potential customers could hear! So unfortunately and unprofessional this occurred on July 16 between 530 and 6 pm. Ladies if you hate your job please do something else! There are so many people who work hard and complain less! Corporate please address this issue? Also there is no register for the front line which is inconvenient for customers!!!!! I usually use Starbucks but tried Dunkin' after friends opted me to do so! I regret spending 9 for a hard donut and poor service! Dunkin please do better people work hard for what little they have and want employees who are welcoming and courteous! This is so bad!

Then I order a custom 25 cnt munchkins box that they didn't want to give me when it was already payed for. Then after I get it it's filled with all the flavors I did not request. So i tell them i did not want the stars and stripes and they take it back. What do they do THEY PUT MORE stars and stripes inside! Too much playing around. These kids are quick to want more $$ hourly but slow to pay attention to the screen that CLEARLY shows the customers order. Disappointing. Back to Wise Ave DD I guess.
