  I went here a few days ago to order food and the server started cleaning one of the tomato holders and scraping and cleaning with her gloves, after she was done came to me and said what you want? I said can you change your gloves? She then goes around the corner and does whatever then another staff member is looking at me and laughing at whatever she's doing behind the corner. The girl that went around the corner comes back and I say never mind and I just leave. Since when is gloves at Chipotle in the back and not next to the food so that they're available when needed. The vibes there was off and I did not like how I was treated. The customer in front of me that was a uniformed individual, no one was cleaning and serving him food. Sigh! Do better.

  This will probably be my last time coming to this Chipotle location. I don’t know what it is about this particular store, but every time I come in, it’s consistently filthy and the staff always seem defensive or irritated. I hate to even say that, but after multiple visits with the same experience, it’s hard to ignore. Today, I waited about 7–8 minutes for fajitas because the tray was empty. Once I saw an employee pinching tiny portions out for customers, I just sat down and waited for a fresh batch. After I watched them finally cook more, I asked for a generous portion and got looked at like I had personally offended somebody. Even asking for a fork seemed like a problem. On top of that, the dining area was a mess — overflowing trash, cups and forks everywhere, missing lids, just generally unclean. I was really excited when this location opened, but at this point it feels like either ownership or management simply doesn’t care about the customer experience. I’d rather just drive a little farther to another location.

  Went in lady said they were out of salad dressing started to place my order they waited until I placed an order for 5 bowls to inform me that they were excepting cash only everyone left the store at the same time

  This may be the worst Chipotle in Maryland , I’m not even exaggerating. When you come into the store the employees run away or ignore you , I guess nobody wants to deal with the customers. Also they need to clean up in there , it’s rice everywhere you can’t even dine in everything is dirty . The staff is so annoyed even when no one is in the store , you could go on a day when it’s not busy at all & will still have to wait for silly things like chicken , I never seen a Chipotle store like this before . They definitely need help in there

  They mess up orders,the rice be crunchy and half done the wraps & chips are always stale ,they always out of the vingertte. Like come on ppl work hard for their money and don't want to waste it on food that's not made with care they use to be good now y'all SUCK.Im mad I wasted $30 to feed my family.
