Most of the items you include in your meal are toppings galore, NO main meats or other foods. A couple unsavory meat choices and 1 kind of cheese is really all you get with a big nacho or burrito.

She made a simple request that escalated to several employees mistreating her. Also when asked for a manger, the manager came out with a very nasty attitude dismissing the customers complaint, because she was in a meeting. This was a very upsetting experience, I couldn’t even purchase my food! SMH.

- JVJosue VillanuevaJun 12, 20261.0Ordered online, got there they said they were gonna check on it, time passes and nothing, we see everybody on their business but no updates on the order, we waited like 30 mins in there and even tho it was empty and the crew all saw us, nobody said a thing till a manager came out and asked what we were waiting and after explaining he said that he told the crew that somebody else took the order and they are no responsible for that, they didn’t offer to remake it or anything till after when they had nothing cooked, we had to leave after with no food or help, had to do a refund online so overall bad customer service

Please let your corporate team know that if I come in one more time and watch your team give disproportionate amounts of food to your white customers while shortchanging your BIPOC ones I am going to start recording the incidents.
