  They messed up my food order . Then when I asked them to remake it they told me go to another store because they was not going to make my food again. I asked to speak to the manager and he said the same thing but the older lady was like they were wrong for not paying attention to what he was putting on my sandwich.

  My stuff suppose extra when I asked for it and my order was never ready when I arrive and it was suppose to be ready by 6:40pm 😡 that is why I stopped going to this Subway and go to a different one they need to be fired if they can’t do their job properly and be professional. The customers food is important

  On Tuesday, March 24th, my grandson decided to order Subway for diner. He placed his online order and I took him to the District Heights location to pickup the order. When we arrived, my grandson went into the Subway to pickup the sandwich. He was told by one of the three employees that the order hadn't been received. We waited and showed the worker my grandson's phone that the order had been received. At this point, at least 10 customers had walked in, been served, and exited the store. We still waited. The last customer exited and the workers went to the back of the store and started a conversation among themselves. I pulled my phone out and started recording the empty store. One of the workers noticed that I was recording and told his co-workers. We had been in the store for over 20 minutes. A worker came out and prepared the sandwich. I plan on contacting the corporate office about this situation. I have posted many reviews about food service but I know that this is the worst place I have visited.
