  Everything was nice and hot. I ordered a cheeseteak with fries. The bread was burned along with the steak and there was too much salt. Not sure why I said to put salt and pepper but that's what I get. Also, I've never been to this location...Silver Hill Road, District Heights, MD. Lesson learned...always Google hood area restaurants before ordering pick up. Dudes were riding dirt bikes 50 mph through the parking lot, and people just hanging out like where to go, smhhh. Homelessness everywhere..so sad.

  Delicious stromboli. It was way bigger than I had expected. And it lasted me for three meals.

  On April 5, 2026, around 7:00 PM, I visited this Pizza Boli’s location to pick up a delivery order. While waiting, I observed chicken sitting in a grey container that was completely uncovered. This raised serious concerns for me about food safety and proper handling practices. Based on what I witnessed, I would urge anyone considering ordering from this location to use caution, as the conditions I observed did not appear sanitary or in line with expected food safety standards. 🤦‍♀️🤮😡

  The pizza was awful It wasn’t no good. I ordered a Greek pizza. My mouth is swollen and I’ve been very ill since then. I will be reporting to the health department.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience and feel compelled to share just how unacceptable it was. My order took over two hours to arrive, which is far beyond a reasonable delivery time. When the food finally showed up, the pizza was completely cold, and the chicken was burned to the point of being inedible. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. The store manager was rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for the issue or any willingness to resolve it. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I called to report the issue, the manager responded by threatening to send the delivery driver back to retrieve the food. I agreed, but when I called back to get an updated time for a replacement pizza, I was told by another employee that the manager did not want to speak with me and that I should not call again, before being hung up on. Between the excessive delay, poor food quality, and disrespectful treatment, this entire experience was completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again.
