  I placed an order on the 15th of August and the person that bag the food picked rotten not eatable food spinach and asparagus. I also had ordered two large rustic baked potatoes. They gave me one baked potato that was large and one that was small when they were both supposed to be large.. I had ordered juice that never came. Then the customer service rep said that I never ordered it so I placed another order yesterday to then be notified right before the delivery time window that again they don’t have the juice but asked about a substitution. I told her I wanted the simply lemonade as substitute. Items were delivered and NO JUICE!!! The young lady said that the juices are sitting here that it was never bagged. They got too busy. I could come pick it up if I was able to come and pick it up I can get a refund. . I explained if I could come pick it up I wouldn’t have placed an online delivery order. . If at all possible, never never never shop online at that giant on Silver Hill Road in District Heights, Maryland again the customer services poor the people who pull the products need better training to know what to pick and what not to pick at this point, I’m requesting a full refund they could come and get all of that crap the they delivered to me. Then they wanna charge you for all of these bags literally one item in a bag that could’ve went in another bag they charge all these $.10 for bags it just to put one item in it never again.

  Why aren't the self checkout lanes all operational? Why do the carts lock up after a certain point in the parking lot when you are trying to load groceries into your car?

  Very unprofessional!!! I went to the pharmacy today to pick up my mother’s prescription, the lady told me that she was unable to give me specific time and that it could take an hour, I call an hour later and she tells me that it’s going to be another hour!!!! Very unprofessional and it shows that nobody does there job!
