I’ve worked in food service. I asked him can I give him my name and my address once I provide the information all of a sudden they magically have my order. Doesn’t communicate to driver that I ordered at 10:30. Driver gets two more orders take the other two orders before bringing me my order. It’s not been two hours and my food is cold. I had a conversation with the driver and asked who else is in the store and he said only the General manager, I explained to him that that is terrible customer service as a customer. I should not have to provide you with information to get my order. You should know how to do your job and ask for these things not just sit there and tell somebody that you have no orders when I have a literal proof that I ordered this at 10:30 then I tried to call to cancel that order because I had already waited over an hour and a half and the general manager just refused to pick up the phone when I literally just wanted to refund worst customer service ever. Also, because of where I live at, nobody has ever brought my food to my door. I have a hip injury and have to literally get out of my apartment to walk up to get my pizza. Ridiculous. Domino’s needs to hire people that actually wanna do their job if they don’t they should quit not be argumentative with customers and have to have the customers do their job for them.

Then told me my order was returned, put me on hold then hung up. After calling again several times I spoke to someone else who said that my order was cancelled because no one answered the phone when my order was delivered. When I said that No one called me from any phone number the guy said well I don't know I'm not the driver. No one knocked on my door. Nothing. They hung up before I could ask any questions. Called again several times before anyone answered, I wanted to make sure that my money was refunded. The guy was rude when speaking to me just because I asked about my money including the tip being refunded and hung up on me. People need to do better with customer service. I will not be ordering from this location ever again.
