**HIKEEN WORST MANAGER EVER**
Upon arriving to pick up my order placed through the kiosk, I was assisted by a manager identified as “Hikeen.” From the beginning of the interaction, the service was dismissive and unprofessional. There was no greeting or basic customer acknowledgment, and the overall demeanor reflected a lack of courtesy.
After receiving my order, I noticed that an item I had paid for was missing. I calmly informed him and requested assistance. Instead of addressing the concern or attempting to resolve the issue, he immediately insisted the item had been placed in the bag and refused to consider that an error may have occurred.
I respectfully requested that the situation be reviewed, including checking surveillance footage or verifying the order. This request was denied. Instead, I was accused of theft by removing the item myself and attempting to obtain a second one. This accusation was deeply upsetting and unprofessional, particularly as I was simply reporting a missing item from a paid order.
I again explained that I only wanted the item I had already purchased. Hikeen told me to “stop pressing the issue.” Although the item was eventually replaced, the interaction continued to feel hostile and dismissive.
I then requested his name for documentation purposes. My request was repeatedly ignored, and I had to ask multiple times before receiving a response. When he finally provided his name, it was done in a condescending manner, including spelling it out as though I could not understand and wrote it in the bag when I told him that’s unnecessary. This added to his unprofessional discriminatory nature of the encounter.
Following this, Hikeen continued to make false assumptions about my intentions, suggesting I was seeking a refund, which I never requested. The focus remained on questioning my integrity rather than simply resolving the service issue.
Right after he gave me my missing item the situation escalated further when I was told that I immediately now needed to leave the restaurant or police would be called to have me arrested for trespassing. This occurred after I asked for clarification of his name for accurate reporting purposes. At no point was I disruptive, refusing service terms, or behaving in a manner that would justify removal or police involvement. I was a paying customer attempting to resolve a legitimate concern.
Throughout the entire interaction, I felt unfairly targeted, disrespected, and treated with suspicion. The behavior displayed created an uncomfortable and intimidating environment rather than one focused on customer service and resolution.
When I stated that I would be reporting the matter to McDonald’s Corporate, Hikeen responded dismissively, stating, “I do not care. Do what you must do.” This response demonstrated a lack of accountability and disregard for professional standards expected of McDonald’s staff.
I respectfully request that McDonald’s Corporate conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including review of surveillance footage and statements from any staff present. I believe such review will clarify the sequence of events, including the handling of my order, the refusal to appropriately address my concern, and the escalation of the threat of arrest.
This experience does not reflect the expected standards of McDonald’s, which include putting customers first, acting with integrity, treating all individuals with respect and dignity, and maintaining a safe and professional environment. In my case, I experienced the opposite: false accusations, theft, dismissive treatment, and threats of police involvement while attempting to resolve a simple issue.
I am requesting a formal review of this matter, appropriate corrective action, and a written response regarding the outcome of the unprofessional, discriminatory and inappropriate behavior from manager Hikeen.
Thank you.
