  I don’t know what’s going on with this location but they need to get it together like they used to. It’s so slow it’s absolutely ridiculous for fast food and their food is somehow never fresh. Needs to management asap and clear out the existing staff at this point.

  The best McDonalds in Cumberland! Fries are always fresh not soggy and never taste like they were fried in old grease! Kuddos to the day manager of this location.

  Absolutely abysmal order time to actually getting your food. I'm talking 10+ minutes on average for something as simple as a fry and drink (which is self service here.) Orders are often incorrect as well. Using deals on kiosks still broken after a year+ of time. Service in store takes forever too. I understand the drive thru is a priority but even the drive thru often takes a ridiculous amount of time. Just go to La Vale's McDonald's. You'd get your food in a more appropriately timely manner despite the distance.

  Drive through times are fast, largely because they don’t have what you want or try to clear your order so fast they don’t accurately fill it. Things as simple as ketchup and jelly packs through can’t be filled because they are to busy dropping food on the floor.
