Once I ordered my chocolate shake, he didn't even bother to tell me the total or to pull forward to the window. I guess I was just supposed to assume that he got my order. After handing him a $20 bill (since I had no idea what the total was), he hands me my change back without saying anything (no receipt) and then hands me my shake with one arm out of the window while he was typing on his computer not even looking & almost dropped the shake. Didn't say thank you or have a nice day or anything. Customer service is dead.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
