  OK, so up until today I have been coming to this McDonald’s but after today this is like my last time ever going to McDonald’s. I have lived in Columbia for over five years and over the five years well honestly the three years that I came to McDonald’s here cause I didn’t know McDonald’s in this location But the three years I have been here this place has just been sketchy. Customer service has been horrible. Every time that I come here last year, I came here with my dad. He asked for ketchup, and the worker only gave him like two packs of ketchup like if it was coming out of his paycheck, but it’s not just about the catchup. It’s literally I don’t know what they have going on back there, but they take so long with the orders even though there’s not a lot of people there today I try to get my food which is two cheeseburgers and a five dollar meal and I’m in that McDonald’s for 20 minutes just waiting and today I’ve kinda had enough after three years of receiving horrible customer service. I haven’t written a review because it’s McDonald’s, I’m not gonna go out of my way to write a bad review but after so much bad customer service after three years today Was my breaking point at this McDonald’s and honestly one star feels like too many stars to Give this Location but also another thing that I saw today was I saw a worker working on my food and I saw the receipt and it has been there for so long and she was just working on other orders completely just ignoring my order and then when I try to leave and cancel my order from the McDonald’s app I can’t cancel it anymore because it’s not letting me because it’s saying that the food is on the way I genuinely hope this McDonald’s in this location gets pulled out and they replaced it with like a Taco Bell or something hell even a Wendy’s would be better. I don’t even like Wendy’s.

  Worst McDonalds ever. Just sat in the drive thru for 20mins and not a single person asked for our order. We went to the window and not a single person came to the window. What exactly is the night shift doing inside there??

  Slow and disorganized. Waited 30 min for my order. They prioritize drive through and in store orders. They let curbside pickup wait the most.
