- LLLondon LJul 2, 20265.0We celebrated our daughter’s birthday. It was seamless experience from beginning to end. Our hostess Vanessa was very attentive and friendly. Laila and friends enjoyed themselves immensely. Management went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend the Columbia location for a Teen birthday!

She has a wealth of knowledge and accommodated our party although laser tag was down. She gave everyone free laser tag tickets to use in the future when it's back up and running. We're definitely coming back thanks to her!

This place needs to fix the machines if they are going to be available to play. If they are out of service, that’s fine, at least they are not accepting money. You are an arcade, how hard is it to have someone test the products daily before offering them up to the public? Do better. 4 games took my money and then did not work. Unfortunately for this reason that I’m being stolen from, I’m not coming back.

The staff was incredibly attentive to both me and my guests, and they went out of their way to ensure my daughter felt special. While I did not catch the names of our two young hosts, they were both outstanding and I am very appreciative of their hard work. The children had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend this for children aged seven and older.The food was delicious.

To come back to this is a major disappointment. Mostly broken machines where the air hockey table doesn’t work, the basketballs are in the wrong place, and half the games don’t work and just take money, loud teenagers being overly aggressive and breaking games. Trash everywhere, clothes discarded across the entire arcade. Reeked of marijuana in what should be a family friendly location safe for children. No one seems to be managing the place or maintaining decorum. Has greatly fallen in value as an enjoyable place to unwind and have fun on the weekend. Do not recommend whatsoever.
