It’s bad. The food is OK. The service is terrible. I’ve been twice and both times I had an issue significant enough that the manager had to be called over to try to rectify it. Payment is always an issue. Systems are cheap. Staff is poorly trained. Bathrooms are nasty. It’s not worth it. Management is bad.

My son attended this location on a school field trip (5/13/26) and was really excited beforehand, especially for the arcade and laser tag. Unfortunately, he came home saying it was one of the most disappointing field trips he’s been on.
Because the buses arrived late, the students had very limited time for activities. The lines for food were extremely long, and many kids barely had enough time to eat. There were also multiple schools there at the same time, which seemed to make everything feel overcrowded and disorganized.
One activity involved collecting punches from different stations for a prize. The first certain number of students to complete all 8 punches would receive the prize. My son said he was originally within the group that should have qualified, but other students cut in line and moved ahead of him despite him speaking up about it. Because of the lack of organization and supervision, he ended up missing out on the prize.
I understand some things are outside of the venue’s control, but it seems like there either needs to be a better limit on the number of schools scheduled at once or better planning for large school groups. It’s disappointing when kids look forward to a special trip and leave feeling frustrated instead.
After hearing about the experience, I personally wouldn’t choose to spend money here for a family outing.
Thinking this place would have less of a wait than Texas Roadhouse, and to celebrate our kids birthday dinner, we came to this location. We arrived around 730PM.
Nobody seated us, we had to seat and grab menus ourselves. Eventually a waiter took our drink orders, but that took a good 10min. The tables and seats were also not cleaned or bussed.
Apparently the kitchen shut down due to an influx of orders from a birthday party and bowling alley, but we weren't informed of that on the restaurant side.
My husband ordered a Sunny Side Up Burger, and the waiter later informed him there were no eggs left, so he requested a bacon cheeseburger instead.
A friend's order arrived, then my and my son's order arrived around 20min later, along with a fried pickle appetizer. My daughter however waited over an hour for her chicken tenders to come out. Even then, her side was wrong.
We requested to speak to a manager, and they said the best they could do was a 10% military discount....which we would have already received because we are military. They said that since we didn't send any food back that we couldn't get the food comped. Who would want to after waiting for food for a long time??
When I went to pay, I noticed there were options for coupons and gift cards. I asked if it was possible to add a coupon code or receive a gift card for waiting for so long. The manager said he couldn't input a coupon code, and that he would ask about a gift card.
As I sit here waiting for him to check on the gift card, the table finally got busted 20min after we were done with our food. And I eventually left instead of waiting for the gift card because I was tired of using more of my children's birthday time sitting and waiting any longer.
Our waiter was nice and the food was alright, although arrived a little cool.
Nice restaurant/arcade/bowling alley. We came here for the arcade which wasn't too bad. It was a bit pricey, but if you get the unlimited play pass, you don't earn tickets but you only have a time limit instead of a credits limit. They had a wide variety of different games around, and the sanitation was actually very good compared to other reviews. The bathrooms were clean and functional and so was everything else. Good experience, 9/10 Would recommend
We took our two girls here tonight and we paid $198 for four wristbands which was supposed to include all of the tractions unlimited plus a $30 game card for each of us along with an entrée from the food services that they offered there. After we made our purchase, they informed us that two of the biggest attractions were unavailable, which was the whole reason we drove an hour and 20 minutes to get here. After waiting 45 minutes to play one game of laser tag we were finally informed that they were allowing a party of about 25 people to play laser tag over and over and over again rather than letting the four of us go in and play not even once We decided to venture over and get some food to kill some time. We went over. We ordered our food while sitting there waiting about 30 minutes so far I am observing the people in the kitchen some wearing gloves some were not wearing gloves. I witnessed three different employees that did have gloves on touched the walls touch their faces pull their pants up and then handle Food without ever changing their gloves or washing their hands. We waited 47 minutes for our food and no, this side of the place was not packed at all aside from the very loud and rowdy people at the bar. When we finally got our food, we had no silverware and they neglected to bring out the pizza that my daughter ordered. My husband and I each got a double cheeseburger, which was absolutely horrific and neither one of us finished it. One of our daughters got boneless wings with mac & cheese. She did say that she liked the mac & cheese, but the chicken was almost ice cold. Pizza finally came out about 15 minutes later and when they tried to give us our bill, which should have only been for three sodas, they tried to charge almost $47 at which point I obviously said we were not paying that because we already paid almost $200 at the door which was supposed to include the limited options that we were given when we went to go eat. All around this environment was horrible. Even our game cards were swiped on at at least five or six different games that did not function properly and we had to go up and request that the points be put back onto our cards. I do not recommend this facility whatsoever, and I will also note that mt spouse is extremely ill from the food (can’t help but to assume)
