So the Saimin $7.50 for the plain one, it is small. The broth was on point for saimin (not ramen, this is hawaiian local saimin), good amount of green onion and three half moon slices of kamaboku (fish cake). The noodles were soggy, and I ate it immediately in restaurant, so the either let it sit too long before giving my order or overcooked the noodles. Overall taste was good though. Some dont care if noodles are al dente or soggy, if you dont care about soggy saimin noodles, then i highly recommend this for the taste. 7/10 overall, my personal rating.
I also got the spam musubi $7.50, it comes with two, This one is 10/10, the nori was not soggy and falling apart, the spam was fried perfectly, the teriyaki sauce was perfect amount to soak just enough into the rice. I just came back from Hawaii like 2 weeks ago and this Musubi was better than any of the ones i had on island. 100000% recommend the spam musubi.
