  I ordered delivery to my work though the Jimmy Johns app at 8:28pm since they are deliver super fast and I hadn't eaten all day and couldn't leave work. The app updated to out for delivery at 8:50pm. I walked out as soon as it update since the Jimmy Johns is 6 minutes away from my job (per google maps). I waited outside until 9:10pm with no one arriving. I called the location and had to call several times since no one was picking up. When someone finally answered they didn't understand me and I kept having to re-explain things. Eventually after explaining that I had ordered food and did not get anything they kept saying they didn't have any orders for delivery right now. After explaining that I had ordered it 45+ minutes ago they said "That was a long time ago".. which is why I was calling. They said it was picked up, I repeated I didn't get it and asked if they could call their driver and they said no. They said uber picked it up (I have ordered from other JJs dozens of time over the last 10 years or so with no issues and never has a non-JJs employee delivered my order). I asked why Uber had my order and what they can do, the worker said "call uber" and just kept repeating that. Uber cant do anything, since I didn't order though uber I don't have an order number or anything to give them. I tried calling JJs support and they were closed. So its now 10pm I'm out $30, out an hour of pay from waiting outside and having to track down my own food, and still have no food. I've ordered from several other Jimmy Johns mainly the one in Waldorf and the one on Annapolis road in Hanover never having had an issues. I had one forget a drink once and after telling the driver not to worry about it they came back with the drink and a some chips or cookies. I don't know why this JJs was so unhelpful but I would not recommend ordering here unless you go in person get your food.

  My boyfriend ordered us some sandwiches for delivery. After waiting outside for the delivery for about 30 minutes, he called to inquire about the whereabouts of our sandwiches. The employee who answered was very rude. The employee kept telling us that we placed our order earlier in the night, and that he didn’t have any orders when we called. My boyfriend tried to explain that that was exactly why we were calling….because our order was never delivered to us. The employee did not offer to give us a refund or remake the order. Instead, he blamed an Uber driver that took the delivery. We’re not sure why Uber was delivering the order since we ordered online on the Jimmy John’s website. And we couldn’t call Uber anyway because we didn’t have an Uber order number….because we didn’t order the food through Uber! We are very disappointed with our experience here, especially because we never had this problem with Jimmy John’s before.

  No longer ordering here since all you sell is sugar beverages. no unsweetened options anymore.
