  A hostile and combative employee by the name of Charise walked approximately 25 feet and became confrontational as I was attempting to contact a supervisor regarding delivery pickup, which apparently had nothing to do with her. Even in front of a supervisor she demonstrated very extremely rude and aggressive behavior. If Giant cares about its customers, they should ensure employees such as Charise work elsewhere or have no contact with the public.

  The employee that works in the produce section. Kai. He is a very helpful and joyful person. Pretty much all the employees here are very good. My only issue is when you go to seafood and nobody is there most of the time or you go to the deli later at night and they're already closing up

  I’ve been shopping at this store for over 10 years. The recent renovations look great, the grocery prices are reasonable, and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. I’ve also used the online grocery pickup service for about six years, and the team consistently does a great job selecting items and providing a positive experience. The only real drawback has nothing to do with the store itself, but with enforcement. Too often, entitled people park in the grocery pickup spaces and then leave their cars to go shop. It’s frustrating and unnecessary, especially for customers who are actually using the pickup service. I really wish there were a way to better enforce these spaces so they’re available for their intended purpose.
