I waited for 13 minutes and 30 seconds without being able to place my order. When I finally asked if everything was okay, I continued to get the same response. I then politely asked how long the wait might be so I could decide whether to stay or leave. Instead of a helpful answer, the employee responded rudely, saying there were many people ahead and that I would just have to wait, without giving any estimate. I completely understand delays happen, especially during busy times. However, basic communication and courtesy go a long way. A simple explanation upfront would have made this a much better experience. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I chose to leave without ordering. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the store.
