- DPDesirae PackDec 4, 20241.0This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. Staff is extremely rude, spends all day on their phones or sitting on the countertops where food is prepared. They throw your doughnuts in bags and act as if you ordering anything is a problem. And don’t even bother trying to file a complaint. This location is a franchise and will send you a bullshit email stating that they’ll give you a gift card but you’ll never receive it and when you try to contact them again about it they completely ghost you. DO NOT GO HERE. Spend the extra dollars and go to Nordstrom coffee cafe where the staff are extremely friendly!
