- MHMaria HammoudAug 31, 20265.0This is a very nice Dunkin’ location and has everything you’d expect from a good Dunkin’ branch. What stood out to me the most was the staff. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and genuinely sweet. It’s always nice to be greeted by kind and cheerful people in the morning—it definitely makes a difference! The location is also very convenient. They have a drive-through if you’re in a hurry, and you can order online ahead of time and pick up your order from a designated pickup area. You can also simply walk in and order at the counter, which is what I did. There is plenty of seating inside, so I was able to sit down and enjoy my coffee comfortably. They also have two clean bathrooms, which is always a plus, and parking is available right outside. Overall, it’s a clean, convenient, and welcoming Dunkin’ with lovely staff!

I had asked to order the "Matcha Point" drink which was a new drink advertised directly on the menu in the drive-thru. They had no idea what I was talking about, so, I googled what was in it and ordered it as a Matcha Latte with the indicated fixings along with one other drink, two orders of hash browns and an avocado toast. After waiting an exorbitant amount of time, with no one in site, we received our order and immediately drove off. Down the road we realized that the avocado toast had bacon on it, when the image in the drive-thru did not say it had bacon and the image did not show any bacon. Suffice it to say my date, who was a vegan, was upset. The male over the intercom and the female at the window were quite rude.

Every time I come here my coffee tastes very different from the other Dunkin’s I order at, whether it’s too much milk, no flavor, or too much ice. The food though it good, just a small problem with the drinks specifically.
