- SSSuper StarMay 5, 20261.0Pulled up right before they closed. The guy opened the door for me and everything. Told me they still have food left but said “we are closing so I can’t serve you any food.” I said but you close at 11pm and I came to the door at 10:58pm and he still has food out. When you’re a spot that’s open later you have to honor the Time.

He was staring at me with a mean face when I walked up to order my food. Heard him mention that he wanted to spit in my food. Women on staff were verbally harassing me as I walked out the door, stating that I looked “scared” . I also heard racist jokes about me being lightskin. If I could rate the staff a zero stars I would.

Cannot stomach a whole lot & have had major inflammation and gut discomfort. Not sure if it was the lettuce, meat or something else, but never have experienced something like this before.

Everyone who made my bowl had an extreme attitude, instead of trying to make up for my experience they made it worse by arguing. The only person who helped was the girl at the front (who was so sweet and seriously does not deserve to work around the people she works with) in which she looked at my bowl and understood that I didn’t get anything of what I was paying for. One lady in particular called me out of my name in her language. Will not go back there and I advise everyone who is looking for a chipotle near them to choose the another chipotle!
