- EGEdison GuerraMay 30, 20261.0Terrible Chipotle. They are extremely cheap with the meat! Don't bother to go there if you want a full portion of meat. They give half the amount other Chipotle locations give and say the owner yells at them if they give more.

When I asked for a little more they charged me $4.00 extra for another spoonful. Chicken was not seasoned at all. I did not enjoy it. The employees don't understand English and got my order wrong on top of that. They charged me 3.50 for chips I didn't order. Maybe they need an English speaking worker on hand to make sure orders are understood correctly. I wish I had told them to cancel my order. If you go there make sure your order is correct before you leave. Total waste of a $20 bill.

Unfortunately, I found a hair in my food, which was very off-putting. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and the interaction made me uncomfortable. I also left with the impression that I was treated differently compared to other customers, which was especially concerning. While I did receive a refund, the response didn’t feel particularly accommodating. Because of this experience, I don’t plan to return.
