  I come here often on my lunch break, but unfortunately, the experience is always hit or miss. Today, when I saw the portion size I was given, I almost returned the food. I also noticed that the customer behind me received a noticeably larger portion of meat and was greeted and treated much more warmly. I understand that portions and service can vary, but the difference today was disappointing and left me feeling that I wasn’t treated fairly.

  I never post bad reviews, I come from a place of also working in customer service, so I’m pretty understanding but they dogged me pretty bad earlier tonight. They were out of the meat I wanted and I said I’d wait thinking it’d be a few mins, and they set my bowl of rice and beans aside. 20 mins goes by and no updates so I asked politely as possible what’s up. The girl basically said something along the lines of “why are you asking me” ??? Cause you’re the only person in front of me not like I can go back and ask the kitchen?? Mind you no sorry for the wait or anything like that. And I said “well it’s been 20 minutes? I have to get somewhere else before they close” and then she rolled her eyes said “you don’t want another meat?” Like I was stupid and didn’t wait this long and I said “no I came here for a specific thing?” I can make chicken at home. So she finally asked a cook what was up and the lady just shrugged, so at that point I walked out. This was like 7pm on a Sunday 3 hours before close too, so apparently they’d rather waste food than attend to what they’re supposed to be doing.

  Today, I ordered a bowl with pork by mistake, and honestly, it ended up being the best meat I’ve ever had at Chipotle! Great flavor, perfectly seasoned, and not too spicy. I loved it! Thank you! 🥙❤️

  This chipotle really really upsets me every time I order here, and for some reason I keep patronizing them. They always get my order wrong and they NEVER have fresh juices made, which makes absolutely no sense. This is a busier location, so I don't understand why they can't get it together. Today was my last day ever ordering here. There is definitely some cross contamination happening in here. I ordered a kids meal quesadilla with rice and black beans. We are a NON pork eating family, yet the beans tasted like pork 100%. The same utensils were definitely used for both items. Just disgusting. And for my kids fruit I got a moldy orange. I will never shop here again. Ever. And i advise anyone who has food allergies or religious reasons to not eat something to carefully watch them make your food. Not okay.

  Got double chicken in pickup order and received about a third of a normal portion. Remarkable. Truly the worst portion I’ve ever received.
