  False Advertisement you ordered one thing and they decide to give you what they wanna give you instead. Make up rules, depending on who the person is. Highly disappointed for a new store That just opened. The first couple of times that I went there customer service was actually decent but now I think I will just drive to the original Chick-fil-A that I was going to before. Even though this store is closer to my job I’d rather go where I’m gonna get good customer service.

  The owner of this new Chickfil-A was the owner of the one on Executive Park Drive. I have ben a faithful customer of Mr. Joe's Chickfil-A since had was the operator at the one on Executive Park Drive, and so my family and I followed to this new On Snowden River Parkway. As always the employees and management are fantastic. Thank you all for making us feel at home, for over 20 years.

  I ordered a cobb salad, but I received something completely different. Didn't notice until I made it all the way home. I'm so upset and no I will be eating a sweet fruit salad, so apparently I just spent $10+ to go to bed hungry.

  Great chick fill , the attention for the kids it’s wonderful, Natalia that works the restaurant area is really kind she actually gave my daughter a balloon, and my daughter threw her arms at her like if she knew her. Natalia has a really kind heart I could say Natalia It’s a great asset to this company. Made us feel really welcome when we walked in. I could say I will always come back here thank you Chick-fil-A.
