- OSOlivia Stoute4 days ago1.0I placed a curbside order when I arrived at this location at 12:45 PM. The app immediately told me that it would be a six minute wait. After six minutes, it said that a team member was on their way with my food. I waited an additional 10 minutes and still no one came to bring me the food and there’s no way in the app to report an issue. At this point it was 110pm and I drove through The drive-through to try and get my order. When I arrived at the window to collect my food, there was no apology from any of the staff members and no explanation as to why my food was sitting on the counter for almost 30 minutes. The customer service was extremely lacking.

I should've known when i didn't smell the food from the bag, that it was not hot. The little nuggets were not hot by far. This Columbia location will not see me again. This is the only chick filet I've ever been to that served room temperature food, meaning warm and not hot.
