  Food is great per usual. A little disappointed that the pita chips were still unavailable. But was impressed with the cashier Marcela I believe and how she acknowledged the patrons as they were paying for their meals!

  I had a great experience at CAVA thanks to Roxanna! She provided outstanding customer service, was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way she does. Thank you, Roxanna, for making my visit so enjoyable. Highly recommend this location!

  Hate to leave a bad review since I’ve had a lot of positive experiences with this cava specifically but I hope this makes its way to management. 05/08/26 - 7:30pm-7:45pm time of order and pick up. The line was at the door for a busy Friday night at Cava waited about 10 minutes before being served. Nothing wrong with that. Got to the front started ordering my food, the guy at the second station (sauce) asked what protein I wanted. We both paused and laughed because he was at the sauce section. He added he just got out of the protein section. Nothing wrong with that. Got to the end of the ordering station and asked to have the balsamic strawberry on the side, the nice lady immediately squirted right on the whole bowl. Not the worst but it was the first time trying out the sauce so I was hesitant about having it on the entire bowl, hence asking for it on the side. Not the biggest of deals because I waited 10 minutes before ordering and was not about to go through that whole process again. Easily ignored it and didn’t let it stop me from enjoying the cava bowl. Right before paying, I noticed that there was a fresh batch of “crispy” peta chips coming straight out of the fryer. I got super excited because I had it once before and they were amazing. Unfortunately 2 minutes later when I got to the car and took a bite of the “crispy” pita chips , it was a mild warmed up pita soft bread with no crispy-ness to it at all. That was the really disappointing point of the whole cava experience. That and the green cucumber mint drink tasted water down with no flavor. I get it was busy but the sum of this whole experience is that everyone was going for speed and not really taking a couple seconds to think what they were doing instead of responding. Rushing the whole process just to push more people out of the door but sacrificing quality over quantity. Disappointed overall when adding everything up that happened, especially since cava is one of the few spots I will actually go out and spend $22+ on “fast” food. Workers all were working hard and had great attitudes, I would like to see just a little more attention to the quality all around. Thank you for reading this whomever you may be.

  Usually fast and efficient, my online orders are usually ready when I walk in. Only issue (not their fault) are door dashers or other lazy people parking right in front of the restaurant/fire lane causing a lot of congestion in an already tight stretch. Definitely wish CAVA rewards was better, feels like you have to spend a ton just to get a few extra pita chips... Man if I had authority y'all door dashers would be parking your cars like everyone else instead of thinking your hazards give you the freedom to do whatever you want.
