  I absolutely love CAVA! I’m here all the time because the food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

  This is the worst customer service location. They charged $3.35 for just 2 scoops of extra rice. It is a rip off. Even Chipotle charges less money for a side of rice whole bowl. Furthermore, servers were rude and did not give proper help with ordering. The server chose the wrong order even though I specified Greens + Grains clearly multiple times. I understand that she may not have hear it well the first time, but after I clarified again, she should have accommodated. I recommend you to avoid this location.

  Jonathan has been Worth me coming back consistent. Jonathan is always welcoming when I walk through the doors of cava you can feel his greeting from a mile away. The whole team and staff are very very awesome, but Jonathan goes above and beyond. The food is excellent and fresh every single time I come. as soon as you place your order you are walking right out the doors meaning it doesn’t take very long for your food. Would recommend everyone to come to Cava in Columbia..

  I genuinely had an awesome experience visiting this location. I arrived quite late and had the pleasure of interacting with the manager, Junior, and the entire staff on duty. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm, genuine conversation and outstanding customer service. Every staff member was superb, professional, and friendly. I was honestly taken aback by the level of care and hospitality I received, especially considering how late it was. They truly went above and beyond to make my visit a positive one. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish, and I greatly appreciate the exceptional service. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
