  Very bad service sitting at a table for over 30 min no waiter came to us at all . Until we finally got bored of waiting and walked out . The restaurant was not busy at all so thats not the reason why we didn’t even get acknowledged! Workers don’t even care for customers!

  I absolutely love BWW wings and their Wild Herd beer and prices. Being from Columbia, I go to this location a lot. But everytime I go, no one greets at the door. It’s ghost town inside w staff. They only have 1-2 staff members. Food takes a minute to come out. I know the potential is there but they are in desperate need of staffing. Please hire more people !!!!!

  I’m a truck driver who visited on 5/6. I don’t get to have a decent meal all the time, but I appreciate these guys for taking the time out of their day and making sure I was well taken care of. From the front of the house to the back of the house, you guys are well appreciated!

  Inside is usually dead and service is slow.. If you do a pickup order from this place, ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK your order for completeness before leaving!! My Grubhub orders from this location is consistently missing items. Past few Grubhub orders were bundle deal (wings+fries) and extra fry and order came with only one fry… receipt reads “20 BNLS BUND & LARGE FRY” but bundle deals come with their own set of fries.. consistently missed and consistently disappointed. Figure they might get this correct once by now..

  I recently visited your location and had a bit of a frustrating experience. I waited at the counter for quite a while, expecting to be helped by the cashier. However, after waiting for some time, a staff member came out only to tell us that there was no one available to take our order in person. Because of this, I had to place my order online while standing inside the restaurant. I’m sharing this because I don’t want to bash the establishment—I actually like the place—but I wanted to bring this to your attention so you can improve the service. I'm not sure if this was a one-time issue or if it happens often, but it would be great if the walk-in process was smoother. I hope this feedback helps!"
