    El personal de turno del día 8/30/2026, no me dieron prioridad a mi pedido! Una persona del equipo se fue a la parte de atrás de la tienda y mi pedido tardó! Y unos de los empleados se estaba va de tocar su cabeza acomodando su gorra de trabajo y con partes del cabello en la parte de enfrente y pues creo que en un lugar de esos no es de tener el cabello con partes sueltas!!!! Gracias!!?🫂

    Very disappointing first experience at this new location. I placed an online order and arrived about 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time. When I gave the employee my name, she went to look for the order, then came back and asked to see my confirmation. She and another employee discussed the order as if they couldn't find it, even though I could clearly see my bag sitting on the counter with my name on it. When I received the bag, one of my items was missing. I went back to the counter to address it, and there seemed to be some communication issues. An employee eventually put an item into my bag without saying anything. When I tried to explain what was missing, I felt like they were responding to a completely different question and I had to repeatedly clarify what I was talking about. The employee eventually said, "Oh," and walked away. No apology, no acknowledgment, and no real attempt at customer service. Then, after I left, I realized they had given me the wrong item altogether. I ordered a Dragon Fruit Bowl and was given an Acai Fruit Bowl instead. The employees weren't necessarily outright rude, but the interaction was dismissive and frustrating. I shouldn't have to locate my own order, explain that something is missing, and then discover that the item they added was the wrong item. What's especially disappointing is that this is a new location close to my home, and this was my first visit. I was hoping this would become a convenient regular spot for me, but based on this experience, I won't be returning. I also noticed another review posted earlier today describing issues with the staff, which makes me concerned that this may not have been an isolated experience. The person who also left a review stated that she is African American and expressed concern that this may be a race-related issue. As an African American woman myself, I do share that concern that this may have been a race-related issue. Hopefully management takes these reviews seriously and addresses the customer service and order accuracy issues. A new location should be making a good first impression, and unfortunately, this one did not.

    Today, I visited this location and was subjected to inconvenience by two employees who repeatedly verified that I had indeed placed an order. My daughter and I also used the restroom at this establishment and continued to be closely observed. While this information may not change the situation, we are both African American, and such treatment in today's society is unacceptable.
