  Went here today for brunch. Had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Thanks to Ms. Shaniece and Ms. Alliah for making me feel so special. I’m big on customer service and they both provided that 💯.

  Horrible customer service! Anyone that walks in with a Jamaican accent skips the line, they are completely overwhelmed and not enough employees. Food was also not authentic tasting, horrible service. First and last time

  My review is really about a catering order that I recently placed. I contacted Ms. Lisa via email. She was very responsive and helpful. The food was ready on time and was just as delicious as the food that I would usually buy at the restaurant. I am very grateful. Thanks to Ms. Lisa and the staff at the Jerk Pit.

  I pre-ordered the meal. As we stood in line to retrieve the order, the staff commenced serving walk-in pick-ups. It was not until I blocked someone to obtain my food that I was finally served. It appears that adhering to the established rules does not seem to be a priority.

  The service was not very good. I did an take order and I did not receive one of the items I ordered. I called them to let them know I didn't get everything. I was told that I would be refunded the money for the item i didnt get. That was in June, it's now August. I never got my refund. I'll never order from them again.
