  The slowest, least efficient mcdonalds i have ever been to. I have visited several times and waited over 30 minutes to find they simply forgot to bring meals out. Refunds are never issued, and usually they forget pieces of my meal.

  super fea la experiencia con la que la que atiende en la ventanilla pedi dos smoothie y no me los cobro me cobro unas bebidas que no eran le dije que no eran las correctas me hicieron esperar cuando me fue a dejar la comida al carro me tiró el popote me tocó ir hablar con la manager alejandra para que me dieron los smoothie y me tocó pagar de nuevo porque me había cobrado las debidas que no eran aparte ni mayonesa ni ketchup dieron me todo pedir pedir adentro

  My order number BZ81. I was there on 05/09/2026 at 05:09am. My life is already so busy, and I hate wasting time doing this, but enough is enough. Every time I visit this location, it's always terrible and ruins my mood. I always tell myself to give it another chance, but no, I’ve had enough. This time, I ordered the Orange Dream drink, and this damn lady dares to put five cubes of ice in it. I parked the car, went inside, left it on the front counter, and walked out. Please fire the entire team. I mean, just close it down. And I ban myself from here.

  Very disappointing on customer service. Rude employees all around. I would say retrain your staff to avoid altercations. So unnecessary to be rude to me when all i asked for was an ETA for my order lol. Needless to say if u come here dont expect fast service nor customer service. So to prevent you getting upset please go to another mcdonalds.

  Waited an hour for a cheeseburger that was sitting on the self in the back the whole time. The rudest people work here. Avoid this place like it’s the plague unless you like waiting an hour for cold food. Take my advice I beg
