Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls. While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.

Is the Five Guys veggie sandwich a veggie patty?

Our veggie sandwich is not a veggie burger, but truthfully, it can be a mix of whatever you'd like. Choose any combination of our condiments and add cheese for an additional cost. Our standard veggie is a mix of peppers, onions and mushrooms with or without cheese.

What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

They give lower amounts of fries for my order at close compared to other times and i heard the shift leader tell them to lower the size for a large and the guy bagging the fries had poor service

Very disappointing experience at this location. I tried to refill a large Five Guys cup I had purchased earlier that day at another Five Guys, and a staff member loudly and rudely told me, “You know you didn’t pay for that, right?” She then made me pour the drink out in front of everyone. If refills from another Five Guys location are not allowed, that could have been explained politely. Instead, I was treated like I was stealing and felt completely humiliated. I’ve always liked Five Guys, but this was by far the worst service I’ve experienced at one.

Whoever that lady is behind the counter, guessing she is shift manager or something, she needs some training on customer service and how not to be rude to customers. Nothing but attitude. Stood outside the door for 5 mins with her just watching and not doing anything about it and if it weren’t for someone being in there and walking out, don’t know how long we would’ve been waiting (multiple people were waiting outside) We then walk in and she starts yelling at everyone that she’s not taking orders. Well mine was placed online so I told her and she then tells me that she’s “busy” she then proceeds to completely ignore me and walk past my already done order without giving it to me. I then I obviously speak out to just hand me my order to which she does and I walked out. Really rude and weird experience. I get you probably have a lot of orders and as someone who’s been in the industry I get the frustration but the #1 thing you know about working any job is checking your emotions and playing the kind role. We’re all just human at the end of the day. No need to be negative or rude to anyone.
