  Very very racist staff. They didn’t have what I asked for. They waited until I got to the window to say. The manager told me she didn’t “care” she also called me out of my name while closing the window on me. The situation was all over a sleeve for a cup. I order several cups of very hot tea. I’m so confused how they have people running this store with such strong bias. It’s disgusting, Dunkin has lost a customer. I will never spend my money here again.

  THIS DUNKIN DONUTS is the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts ON THE WHOLE EAST COAST EVER in the entire ownership of the Dunkin’ Donuts. They have no lights on you think the place is closed every time you call and tell them they have no lights on. They don’t care the drive-through. It absolutely SUCKS You put your order in they tell you to move up. There’s nowhere to move up. You have to move up into the Shell station. They take seven other people’s orders behind you and you’re still waiting a half an hour or so 37 minutes later for your order they wait on other people before they wait on you. They make your orders wrong. It’s a constant hassle to get your order right there then they apologize profusely to you and it’s still not solving the problem. it’s a constant hassle here corporate won’t do anything about it every time you tell them, the lights aren’t on they say they don’t have nothing about it. It’s a very unsafe place to visit early in the morning. It’s dark. There’s not one light lid in the parking lot. Ever who gave this person? The ownership of this Duncan should be absolutely reprimanded for the decision because this is the worst place to put a Dunkin in the situation that they did there’s no place for the drive-through people to park. It is really terrible mismanaged DUNKIN ON THE WHOLE COAST and we are avid travelers and we always stop at Dunkin and are always satisfied. We stopped going to McDonald’s because we like DUNKIN Because we were getting rotten iced tea there all the time now this Dunkin that we’re talking about now We can’t even get a fresh iced tea here we have to go to a different Dunkin to get a fresh iced tea. I’m not getting this whole situation with this Duncan. It’s like a redheaded stepchild. They just opened this thing with people that aren’t trained. It’s just unbelievable somebody from corporate needs to come here and shake this place up and get it back in the ball game and retrain the situation here. IF YOU WANNA GET YOUR BREAKFAST AND YOUR COFFEE IN A TIMELY FASHION IN THE MORNING BEFORE YOU GO TO WORK, DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNCAN CAUSE YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE LATE FOR WORK AND THAT’S GUARANTEED. THEY NEED DEFINITELY TO MAKE A HUGE REVAMP OF THEIR STAFF OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT DUNKIN CORPORATE BETTER OPEN THEIR EYES. 👀 🤬🤬👀👀👀🤬🤬🤬

  Aside from the difficult location……all these ladies be so RUDE!!!! Order was incorrect, tried to fix but was dismissed said they made it to order. But it was clearly incorrect. Attempted to get a pup cup was told they don’t have them. So then I asked if I could have a lid with just a little whip cream on it was told no, managers order. Then I asked for just a lid so I could give my pup some of my whip cream was told no the they decided to give me a pup cup. So confused. But wait there’s more. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. After waiting almost 10 minutes they brought me out the wrong sandwich. So going inside to get the correct order they argued with me. Then realize that I was in a different car than they thought quickly handed me the correct order. As I was walking out they rewrapped the sandwich I brought in and followed me out to give that sandwich to the correct car. 🤮 First and Last time we go to that Dunkin

  The only issue I had was getting in there made no sense! Unless you enter through the main road, you have to come in the back and turn around to get to the drive thru. Also there is a HUGE dip/pothole as you turn near the window to pay. 😐

  I had the worst experience ever in this location this morning. I walked in for a pickup order all the workers looked at me with nasty looks and didn’t even acknowledge I was there for a pick up. When they were finally ready to speak the rude employee who was wearing a black PINK hoodie said “Uber Eats” in a very rude tone as if that was my name. She was so rude and argumentative that I honestly trashed my paid for order. The hostility and unprofessionalism was to hard to bare. My day has honestly been ruined. The staff needs to treat customers with dignity and respect. She was so unpleasant
