  i put a mobile order in for my food and ordered my tea in person and took my food then went to wait for my tea. they were looking for an order for a woman that had just walked over and i took my tea and walked away. im halfway to the elevator and the person screams after me and starts questioning me about the food bags in my hand. I remember i picked this order up in front of her face 3 minutes ago. Im standing there letting her question me, im showing her proof of purchase. After she's proven wrong, im still asking her questions bc im genuinely confused. She's silent and staring at the screen with the orders instead.... no apology, no explanation.

  Walked in and all they had was a paper on the kiosk saying it was closed. Having people waste their time coming up here because they can’t put they’re closed on the website or on google maps.

  Coffee sometimes has no flavor at all just hot water and milk. Specially if you go toward the last hour of closing time I believe they don’t brew coffee just put hot water over old brew
