- YBYenny BenavidesAug 18, 20261.0Servicio pésimo por no decir que de lo peor es la segunda vez que voy quise darle otra oportunidad para pensar que no era lo que pensaba y la segunda vez fue peor la atención mala la persona que me atendió 17 de agosto del 2026 a las 10 pm persona racista en primer lugar en segundo lugar sentí que me servía la comida como si fuera una limosna muy poco parecía contar la carne que me estaba dando y las tasas llenas de comida a punto de cerrar el negocio, le iba a pagar me contestó feo y despota porque le pedí una cuchara, me dijo no tengo es imposible que un restaurante no tenga una cuchara, si no le gusta su trabajo debería de renunciar y darle el lugar a alguien que atienda bien a los clientes servicio malísimo esa persona no debería estar en ese lugar que experiencia tan desagradable dos veces lo mismo 👎🏻
- ___Suga._._Aug 9, 20261.0The lady in charge of making my order was the manager at this location. I asked for a burrito and double wrapped because I like them filled so I asked her to spread it out. She acted like she didnt speak English and spoke Spanish so I told her in spanish and she refused. So I explained twice that its going to be pretty big and difficult to wrap. She was very stubborn and rude and said that ALL chipotles dont do that which is a lie because all the chipotles I've been to all do that. The other employees were trying to reason with her but she was rude to them too. Then we asked for no lettuce and she added lettuce saying everyone gets it and I told her to remove it and she was very rude and stubborn about it. My throughout experience with her as my server was very difficult and not a good one. Please train your managers better and be nicer to customers.
