  I sincerely hate coming to this cava. Those girls have the nastiest attitudes. If you’re in the area looking for a cava, literally go to any other location. On top of that, they act as if you are begging them for you food and not spending your money. I’ve given this location way too many tries, save yourself the trouble.

  I love CAVA always, we going to this location with my mom and my brothers, the Food is always delicious and the service is always great. The Manager Isabel is always so kind and helpful. 100% the best CAVA in the area. Most definitely recommend!

  What a wonderful experience! I had an issue with my order, and Isabel, the manager, took care of it right away. First, she greeted me warmly and genuinely asked how I was doing. That may seem like a small thing, but it stood out to me. Many managers focus only on the transaction, but Isabel showed genuine care and professionalism. She apologized for the issue with my order and was more than willing to help. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. I had not visited this CAVA in about two years, and her excellent customer service made me feel very welcome. I also want to recognize Karina and David, who are both superb. I remember them from when I used to visit this location more frequently a couple of years ago. It’s great to see the same friendly faces continuing to provide outstanding service. Most importantly, once Isabel corrected the issue, my meal was perfect. It was exactly what I had hoped for. It’s clear that this team takes pride not only in customer service but also in providing a great food experience. Thank you, Isabel, for your excellent leadership, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I will definitely continue coming back, especially because of the outstanding service and the team’s commitment to making sure customers leave happy.
