If I could give 0 I would, they are the GREEDIEST PEOPLE ever. He did not want to fill up my bowl at all and if I’m coming to cava as a college student I want to be fed I don’t want two pieces of chicken and three pieces of rice. Please work on your customer service a little bit more before you scare people away.

I usually would come to this Cava all the time because I truly enjoy the food there. However, today I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service on behalf of two employees (two young blonde kids - a girl who was the front cashier and a boy who was on the line prepping the food). I didn’t catch either names, but they were working there today at 6:00 pm on September 19th, 2026, when I arrived to order a pita wrap. When the boy was wrapping up my pita and placing it in the bag for the cashier to hand over to me, they dropped it on the floor…FORTUNATELY my food didn’t touch the floor since it was already wrapped up and in the bag. However, neither of them had the courtesy or customer service to apologize for that. They decided instead to chuckle together at the situation, as if it was funny or a joke. And then the boy made a hush sign to her infront of me.. I’m honestly shocked at the unprofessionalism and lack of sensitivity these two employees had towards me. I didn’t even know how to react in the moment. After I paid and went to grab my drink, I quickly checked to see if any food spilled out of the wrap. Thankfully it didn’t, but seeing the lack of professionalism, terrible customer service, and condescending attitude, I decided to write a review on my personal experience. I’m not the kind to argue with children, which is easy to assume due to the immaturity. I really hope other people do not have to deal with these kind of people. I would recommend to have these two to take a refresher course on how to provide customer service. Very sad to see this.
