    The worst service that I have ever had for the longest time I have come here. We waited for 10min before they had a table for us. Like, the staff came in and out kitchen joking and laughing and didn’t bring us to the table. When we ordered food, it took so long, and the restaurant was not busy at all. The server didn’t pay attention that we had to call two three time for refilling soda. Even when we checked out, waited for boxes, she didn’t have the intention to take care our table. Terrible service. Hope you guys do good, we’re not coming back.

    I placed an online DoorDash order for pickup. I had ordered burgers, but when I arrived that evening, I was told that the grill was not working. I honestly don't know if that was true or if it was simply because they were close to closing and had already cleaned everything up, but I was told I would have to order something fried instead. My original order was around $60 (I had a $10 discount coupon). Since I had no other option, I changed my order to chicken tenders. Because the prices were different, I politely asked if they could give me eight tenders per meal. They took quite a while to agree, and after waiting well over an hour, my order was finally ready. They also included a brownie and a cookie, which I genuinely appreciated as a kind gesture. However, when I got home and opened the bags, I found that each meal had only six tenders. Considering that each order normally comes with five, they only added one extra tender per meal, along with two small orders of fries. That was disappointing, especially after the inconvenience and the long wait. What made it even worse was that the chicken tenders were badly overcooked and burned. I could only eat two before I had to stop. The next morning I woke up with an upset stomach, and so did my husband after eating his meal. We ended up throwing all of the food away. This was the only place where I regularly bought burgers, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. I'm extremely disappointed. I do want to acknowledge that the staff remained polite and respectful throughout the interaction. They never spoke to me rudely or treated me poorly, and I truly appreciate that. Unfortunately, the overall experience was so disappointing that it completely overshadowed the good customer service.

    Anytime I go to this place. Ordering online or doordash. This place will have you wait or give you sauce on the side with plain wings and you have to season and sauce your wings. Out of 5 flavors of wings and over 80 in purchase I have to season and sauce my wings smh. If I could do my job the same life would be easy. Instead I have extra dry wings

    SERVICE WAS AWFUL. We came in this evening for some dinner and a beer. We came thru the door and ran into a guy named Jamie, we said we were gonna sit near the bar, he said ok, I got you. Well I guess we picked the wrong table because we were COMPLETELY IGNORED. Jamie went to all his tables took care of the table right next to us, cleaned it, and didn't even speak to us. The bar tender Taylor and I'm assuming the manager were both at the end of the bar, both saw us sitting there. They just continued to also ignore us as they were busy on their phones. I even heard the Mgr lady ask Jamie what the deal was with our table. I didn't hear his response but still got no service. Eventually people left so we moved to the bar since obviously we weren't gonna get served 1 table away from the bar. When we moved, Taylor came over and asked if we wanted a drink and said, " Sorry about your wait over there, the servers on break or something.. I don't really no." We ordered our appetizer it came out promptly and hot. No napkins, silverware none of that. Had to actually ask. They weren't even busy at all. The whole time the manager just stayed in her phone. Wings came out, order was incorrect but whatever at this point. They were warm and cooked well. I wouldn't recommend this wild wings. Just find another spot. Im usually a good tipper being a server myself, but no nice tip today. Do better.

    Horrible service on Father’s Day – Ruined a family celebration We came to this Buffalo Wild Wings location on Baltimore Avenue in College Park to celebrate Father’s Day, but the experience was completely marred by our server, Kiya. From the moment she took our order, she was dismissive and disrespectful. It honestly felt like she was actively trying her best to make us uncomfortable so we would leave without eating. When we directly asked her to be polite and respectful, and mentioned speaking to a supervisor, her response was a dismissive, "I will be happy to leave you guys to another person." That level of blatant, disrespectful customer service shouldn't be tolerated anywhere, let alone on a major holiday. We did manage to get the manager involved, and while the manager tried her best to step in and handle the situation, the overall experience was already ruined and left a terrible taste in our mouths. We expected much better from this location. This happed. on June 21, 2026 around 8:30 PM
