  Axel, the cashier at this giant is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond during my recent checkout. Not only was he incredibly polite, but he also helped me bag all my groceries and made sure I entered my phone number to get all my available discounts. Thanks to him, I saved a lot of money on my groceries that day! He truly provides excellent customer service!

  Dear everyone, I am writing this message for my mom. if you want to be respected like an ordinary customer, then don’t come here. My mom has been coming to this location regularly, 2-3 times a week. This place, I mean this staff member Olga (Cashier) failed to uphold customer service within seconds of interactions. May/23 8:41pm. She encountered my mom poorly as mom was checking out with her, she was the only one available at check out. Mom had no choice but to proceed forward. This is not the first time Olga was being unprofessional with customer service manner with mom. Mom verified with her about the price of a discounted produce before checking out. As she confirmed the discounted price, she smirked and looked around for people behind her as if she was trying to find validation from the audience ( colleagues or customers) behind her as if she didn’t understand or didn’t like the way my mom carried herself. Neither way would rationalize the reason why she smirked. Not only her attitude was unacceptable being the face of Giant in a local store, but also she charged the item a wrong price even after confirmation. I highly suggest that she discriminated my mom as this is not her first time treating my mom with attitude and unpleasant tone. I don’t think her behavior and manner are appropriate for her role as a cashier. I will return the next day to refund my overcharged produce. I believe the leadership should be involved and assess her. Updated: I got my refund back, the lady who served me was polite and neutral. I am pleasant with my after service

  It's a small store, and the parking lot is a zoo. People park in the no parking fire lane. Spaces are narrow and the clientele is seedy. The store is nice, but park in a remote spot to avoid dents.
