  Food is good, just like any other McDonald's. They forgot about half my order, and I didnt realize that until I got home. I called the store and no one answered, then of course the McDonald's app doesnt load when I try to figure something out on there.

  The rating reflects the terrible service I received on April 2, 2026. As usual, the McDonald’s ice cream machine was down, but I had already placed my order through the app and added crushed Oreos to my boba McFlurry. The manager/lead behaved unprofessionally, speaking in Spanish to her associate as if I couldn’t understand. I won’t repeat everything that was said, but when I pulled up to the window, she told him the machine was down and that I could receive two apple pies instead. I explained that my McFlurry cost over $5, showed my receipt, and requested an additional apple pie to make up the difference. The manager/lead went back and forth before finally providing the extra apple pie.

  I went to this mcdonalds on my break today. I asked for a mocha frappe they asked me to park to wait for it so I did. 10 minutes later they come outside to let me know the machine wasn't working if i wanted something else, so I asked for a Strawberry milkshake, i was already late to go back to work when I looked at it the milkshake looked like if someone had drank from it already and it had the straw was already put inside and was taken out. Had to throw it away since I didn't have time to go back smh
