  Dounuts were good and place was clean. Customer service is terrible. Workers act as if they dont want to be bothered. First time I came through drive thru and asked for a variety of munchkins, they only gave me one kind and I ordered the fluffernutter coffee but it hardly tasted like anything. I love dunkin so I decided to give this place another try but went on the inside. The workers give this dry attitude as if they dont want to talk and take orders but will turn around smile,laugh and talk with each other while fixing order. My drinks were not made right at all, I had to come home and try to make them taste better so I didnt feel like I wasted my money. Another customer asked a question about his order and the worker just walks away like she didnt hear him. Please get somebody in there to train them on how to make the drinks the right way and how to act towards there customers.

  I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese wake-up wrap, and what I got was a crime scene on a tortilla. Half an egg. Not a folded egg, not a full egg, just half, slapped on like they were rationing. The bacon wasn't strips; it was crumbled leftovers that looked like they'd been swept off the grill. And I only got bacon because they'd run out of sausage, at a breakfast place, during breakfast. The cheese slice was the only thing that showed up fully. Nothing was assembled, nothing was centered, and nobody cared. I have pictures, and they speak for themselves. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant was so dry I needed the coffee to swallow it, and then I found out the coffee came without a straw. There were no napkins either, not one, for two greasy breakfast items and a drink. Customer service matched the food: zero effort and zero care. If you're going to charge full price, put a full egg in the wrap. This wasn't a meal; it was a warning. Save your money and your morning

  Service was slow with 1 customer inside, and 2 cars in drive thru. Out of a lot of items (donuts) at 10:30am. 1 person of the staff hardly understands English. Location: Clinton Md Avoid this location unless you have 20min to burn👎🏾

  Went to Dunkin’ today ordered from the drive thru. I asked about the strawberry drink no one could answer my question. Then I placed my order and there was silence. I sat there saying hello. A young female says yeah yeah can I take your order. I’m like I just gave my order you didn’t get it. Naw. I’m like never mind. I left, the customer service is horrible. They are one of the newer Dunkin’s with bad service already. Please hire people who will appreciate their jobs. I have been there a few times . Today will be my last.
