  Train your staff! I just watched a lady pay for her order. She ordered 2 sandwiches. Then she grabbed an orange juice and went to pay. They tried to make her pay all over again for the first order. She pulled out her phone and showed proof that she paid( I saw the transaction) and the a rude man ( who said rude equals 🟰 right) actually the one that took her order tried to say her order didn’t go through! Sir it did. Another lady came from the back and tried to help. It took her at least another 15 minutes to get 1 sandwich. The lady left without getting the second sandwich that she paid for. She took it as a lost. They didn’t try to compensate her for the long wait and the back and forth of her paying. Now it’s my turn to order and other people are in line. I ordered 3 drinks and 6 donuts. I got two drinks and was left standing while a couple two spots behind us received their drink which was the same drink that i ordered. By then I asked my husband for the key to car. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I had to put myself in time out . Do not go here unless you have time to waste, you want a wrong order or an incomplete order after showing proof that you paid (like explained above) This was my third time here and each experience was down graded. Please Dunkin train your staff. Communication is awful and customer service is lacking. I’m talking about this specific location in Clinton. I do have a favorite Dunkin and that is on Allentown road across from the Wawa!

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DONT CLOSE UNTIL 9PM. I ARRIVED AT 8:25 THE DOORS WERE CLOSED BUT DRIVE THROUGH WAS OPEN SMH. ARE YOU OPEN OR NOT. THEN I PULL UP TO THE DRIVE THROUGH TO ORDER. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME. I DRIVE TO THE WINDOW AND PROCEED TO PLACE MY ORDER AND THEY DONT ACCEPT CASH.. IS THIS CLINTON MD OR SE DC… I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION

  I was genuinely excited to try this brand-new Dunkin, and have been waiting for it to open for a while. Unfortunately it was an incredibly disappointing first experience. The restaurant itself looks beautiful and brand new, but the service was anything but good. When we arrived, they acknowledged us, but then we sat in the drive-thru for almost 15 minutes without anyone returning to take our order. The car in front of us also waited an extremely long time, and after watching the line barely move, we eventually drove away. After leaving, I looked at the other reviews and saw that many people are reporting similar experiences. That suggests this wasn't just a one-off issue. Whether it's understaffing, training, or something else, there appears to be a bigger operational problem that management needs to address here. I really wanted this location to succeed and was looking forward to having a new Dunkin nearby. I hope they can get things sorted out because, in its current state, I can't recommend it at all. We deserve better.

  Ordered chocolate chip muffin. What i got was a stale half baked muffin that looked like the muffins that come out of vending machines wrapped in cellophane. Not a Dunkin Muffin. Will never return.

  This is my second visit, and unfortunately the same issue keeps happening. Both times I ordered the avocado toast, the avocado was clearly rotten and inedible. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it’s a pattern that suggests serious issues with food quality and freshness checks. On top of that, the customer service at the window was unprofessional. The staff member was laughing and chatting with coworkers instead of attending to customers. It made the experience feel dismissive and unwelcoming. I really wanted to like this location, but I can’t recommend it until food quality and customer service standards improve significantly.
