  Atrocious customer service. People are incredibly rude. Uninterested in helping. Got th orders wrong and acted put out to correct. Wouldn’t answer the phone or help with drive through. Literally the worst MdDonalds service I’ve ever experienced and management should retrain or fire their staff. You’ll lose a LOT of business with the staff you have.

  After placing a mobile order at 844pm, I ended up walking into the store at 905 to pick my food up because it was not brought out as it should have been ready, I was handed the bag after asking if that was my order and asking why it took so long, I was told that the SPICY McCrispys I ordered just came out of the fryer. The manager (I am guessing) said oh my God as I was walking away, I turned around and made sure to say to her that I hoped that was not directed at me. I get home to finally eat to find that the SPICY MCCRISPYS that were ordered had NOTHING on them, just bread and COLD chicken! I called the store 2 times in a row and did not get an answer. I will be calling to speak with a manager tomorrow!

  Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through people were actually pulling away due to the lack of service being received. Then when I got to the window to pay the “cashier” was more concerned with having the full blown conversation on her phone that I could hear through the window rather than serving the customers. Worst experience I have had at this location.
