I picked up a family order around 2:30 PM, and everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant was spotless, the food was outstanding, and the employees were amazingly nice, as they always are. Every interaction is friendly, welcoming, and genuine, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. The burgers were fresh, hot, and made exactly right! This location consistently delivers exceptional service, quality, and cleanliness, which is why it is my family's go to Five Guys. In my opinion, this is the best Five Guys and the best burgers in Howard County! Huge thanks to the entire team for always going above and beyond. Keep up the fantastic work. Five stars. A perfect example of how great food and great people keep customers coming back.
