  The app said my order was ready. The app is an optimist. Ordered two large pizzas for 5:15 pickup. Arrived to find one pizza and one rumor of a pizza. Was told 5 minutes. Waited 10. Was told 2 more. Waited 5. Time works differently in there. The wait did come with entertainment. The crew was cursing up a storm at each other while they worked, loud and cheerful, in full earshot of customers. All in good fun. Morale is excellent. Attention to pizza is not. The second pizza did eventually finish. It was then placed on the warmer, where it and I waited a few feet apart, neither aware of the other. Nobody introduced us. They were busy. As for the pizza itself: the crust did not rise. It did not try. It's a flat, dry disc with a two-inch demilitarized zone before the first sign of sauce. The toppings are huddled in the middle like they know something. Photo attached. Better ingredients. Better pizza. Not today..

  I’ve ordered twice from here over the last month 1 pick up, 1 delivery. Both times the pizza was trash. This location needs major quality check

  I'm done with stupid ish from this store. Had my order messed up several times, sometimes the pizza comes lukewarm. I've had to call the store and ask several times what's going on. Been a couple of times where the delivery took almost 2 hours when we're only less than 3 miles away. Now why do I go back? My kids who seem to prefer PPJ so to avoid any bad experience, I've been doing carryout which seem to work out! This time around, I have kids in the house so I'm trying to feed them while I work. I specifically ask to for the driver to bring $20 in change which it turns out that what the website says anyway. What does the driver do? She brings $10 in change and claims that's what they're allowed to carry? So what happened to what's on their own papa johns website???? I'm not giving you a $20 tip on a $36 order, just no! I believe in giving at least 15% in tips and that's what I intended to give her but her solution was to take the food back. I'm going back to making my own pizza or force the kids to switch to Dominoes. This store delivery is atrocious! Never again!!!

  Had to go twice to pick up our orders and while someone apologized for that, they messed up our order and when I tried to explain that, I got attitude and blame instead of an apology, so i just took my pizza and left the store. Not cool at all
