  I've been coming to America's Best Wings in Chillum for 8–10 years, ever since they first opened. Unfortunately, I've finally reached the point where I can no longer support this location. The quality has steadily gone downhill over the years. The soda is consistently warm with no ice, the bathroom always seems to be out of order, and the AC never works. On top of that, the food quality has declined and is just average at best now. What frustrates me the most is the service. I regularly place phone orders, and my food is almost never ready when they tell me it will be. I'm usually waiting twice as long as the estimated pickup time. After years of giving this place chance after chance, it's become obvious to me that they don't respect their customers' time or the community that has supported them for so many years. To my fellow neighbors in Chillum: we should expect better. I hate saying this because this used to be one of my go-to spots, but until major improvements are made, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I encourage others to do the same. Hopefully, one day this location either improves or is replaced by a restaurant that truly values the community it serves.

  WARM SODA AND NO ICE 17.29 BURGER COMBO AND WONT LET YOU HAVE THE CHEAPER BONELESS WINGS WITH THE COMBO ONLY BONE IN. OTHER LOCATIONS DO AND WHY I STSRTED COMING TO THIS CHAIN.

  Ordered through UberEats. Food was terrible. Everything was cold, even though my driver had to wait for my food. Location is less than 10 mins away from me. I could tell the chicken would be nasty based on the smell (smells like their oil needs to be changed). My slice of cake looks like it's been left out the fridge too long. Shrimp was rubbery. I wasted $100+ (food was $80) for some barely edible food.
