  I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order for two pizzas, wings, and a soda, spending nearly $40. I specifically requested my pizzas be cooked well done because I wanted to make sure they were fully cooked. However, when the order arrived, the pizzas were so overcooked and hard that my children and I could barely eat them. To me, "well done" means cooked a little longer, not burned to the point that the pizza is hard and nearly inedible. Since it was late when the food arrived, I called the next morning to report the issue. Unfortunately, the manager told me that because I did not call back that same night, there was nothing they could do. The only solution offered was 25% off a future order. I do not believe the timing of my call should determine whether my concern is addressed. The food was unacceptable when it was delivered, regardless of whether I called that night or the following morning. I paid for a meal that my family could not enjoy, and I expected better customer service and a more reasonable resolution. Very disappointing experience overall.

  This place has no customer service. I ordered a pizza in January for delivery. They had door dash deliver it and it took over 2 hours to get to me. I left a message with the store about how my pizza was delivered cold and they never responded back to me or tried to make it right. Today is my daughter’s birthday and she wanted papa John’s pizza for her party. Since the last time I ordered it took two hours to get to me I decided to order early for it to be delivered in time for the party in the evening. The pizza was then delivered 3 hours early I told the delivery lady that it was to be delivered at a later time. She left with the pizza. I called the store and they said that they didn’t see it was to be delivered later even though I had specifically went in a changed the time for delivery. The manager was awful and refused to work with me. I even explained to him that I had no pizza in my possession and he kept saying he couldn’t give me more pizza since I already had the pizza. He kept asking how he could make it better and I told him to deliver the pizza for the time I asked. He said he could not. Why bother asking how to make things right if you aren’t going to do it. Terrible management. They use DoorDash to deliver and clearly it doesn’t work.

  AZIZ IS THE BEST EVER!!!!!, Trust me ask for him! he makes the pizza Taste 🍕 incredible, came in for a Soda left with a 10inch

  Ordered a pizza that was delivered late and completely dried out. PJohns sent 4 emails asking how the pizza was and 4x I said horrible. They asked how could they make it right and I said I wanted a store credit for pizza cost. Never hears back. So they insult then double down with fake customer feedback.

  I ordered delivery and in the instructions I chose the option to leave at my door. An hour later I checked outside and nothing was there. I called the store and the manager said that the driver knocked on my door and called my phone multiple times, but since no one answered, he took the pizza back. I told him that I was in a different room, so I couldn't hear any knocking, and that I didn't get any phone calls. Then he told me that there's something wrong with my phone and that he'll send the driver out again. I had to wait another 45 mins for my pizza to come. It's a 6 min drive from there to my place... That's almost 2 hours total that I had to wait for a pizza...
