My family was visiting, and we ordered 4 sandwiches, which the staff complained was “a lot.” One employee even suggested that I should just go to the store and just buy bagels next time, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. When our order was ready, the sandwiches were poorly wrapped, and once we got home, we realized that some of them were incorrect. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to both the service and the quality of the order. I don’t plan on returning.

The bagels themselves were delicious, and we also got their spreads, which we really enjoyed. Overall great spot, would visit for a breakfast or lunch!
