I will give them credit though, while all the other local pizza places in Chester were closed the evening of the 4th, Papa John's was open. We ordered at the Papa John's store and they were busy, but we only had to wait approx 20 minutes. While the staff were friendly, they did seem to be overwhelmed.

Store never got the order and when I called to figure what the issue was…..got to speak to Tyler, the manager. He didn’t know what to do and told me to call my bank. So I asked what the customer service number was for Papa johns and was told to google it since he didn’t know lol. I get that he didn’t know how to help but cmon dude at least get me a number to someone who can. I googled the number and had my refund instantly.
